1. Acceptance of Terms

41jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or violation of applicable law. In cases where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals may be held until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed due to confirmed rule violations, 41jili may retain any balance in the account in accordance with our anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering policies. You may choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team; any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method after applicable verification checks. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy fee or administrative closure in accordance with 41jili's dormancy policy, which will be communicated to you before any charges are applied. If your account is closed for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — it will not be reopened, and you should not attempt to register a new account during any active exclusion period.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 41jili platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
